Due to the nature of Digital File Downloads, we can not offer any refunds, returns or exchanges. Any physical product that has been shipped, qualifies for an exchange or replacement, only if the product is determined to be defective. We generally do not offer refunds, but may offer a store credit or gift card, at our discretion.
