DAVID CROSBY & CPR: THROUGH THE MUSIC (1998)
"Through the Music" captures the extraordinary performance of two-time Rock 'n' Roll Hall of Fame inductee David Crosby and his new band , CPR (with Jeff Pevar and James Raymond), at the 1998 Montreux Jazz Festival. Featured are new songs from their self-titled release "CPR" and fresh, live versions of Crosby classics from his years with the Byrds and Crosby, Stills and Nash.
Woven into and throughout the concert are interviews with Crosby, Pevar and Raymond portraying the compelling human interest story behind CPR; the meeting of Crosby and his biological son, James Raymond, after 30 years and the personal and musical bond they form with their close friend, guitar master, Jeff Pevar. This video chronicles the collaboration of father, son and friends as they explore their music and relationships. (01:18:34)
